How to buy

We sell directly to the public and trade. If you would like to commission a piece, please let us know your requirements either by email or over the phone. We will then provide you with a quotation based on your specification. Once you have confirmed you would like to go ahead we will issue you an invoice.

Payment

On bespoke pieces we require a 50% deposit to process the order with the balance payable on approval of working drawings.

Payment can be made by BACS transfer or by cheques payable to Splinter Designs.

Lead Times

Depending on the scale of the project, lead times are usually 6-8 weeks from approval of the design.

Delivery

Delivery can be provided and is normally itemised on the quotation.
